Directions: Apply 2 drops twice daily on the affected area. May be diluted 1 part Manuka Oil to 10 parts carrier oil on sensitive skin or sensitive areas.
Nasal congestion: Add 5 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water and inhale vapours.
